Travel day to Los Cabos.

*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. For those coming from Sacramento, there is a direct flight arriving by 12:00 PM today, so we hope to have you to the hotel shortly after to start the trip!

Upon arrival in Cabo, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Flexcare sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is AMSTAR.

A hold will be placed on your card at check in, the hold will be released at check out. We recommend putting a credit card rather than a debit card on file.

  • You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. 
  • Remember the beach is not swimmable in this area of Cabo due to currents.  Please stay out of the ocean for your safety.

This afternoon is all yours to relax and have some fun in the sun upon arrival.

 

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Welcome Cocktail Hour - Please join us at Blanc Wind for drinks and appetizers to kick off the trip.

Dinner: At Leisure. Here is a link to the restaurant options on property that are included. We highly recommend making reservations prior to your stay on the Le Blanc mobile app. Upon arrival you will be assigned a Concierge Butler who can also assist with making dinner reservations for this evening. Room service is also available throughout your stay. A great perk of Le Blanc is you can order room service from any of the great restaurants in addition to a room service menu right to your room!

For those looking for an evening nightcap, the Lobby Bar is open till till 11:00 PM, Fire is open until 1:00 AM, and Cavo is open until 2:00 AM.

Breakfast on your own. The breakfast buffet is served at Blanc Restaurant from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM. K'akau is also open daily starting at 6:00 AM for coffees and pastries. Also don't forget room service is included.

 

Today is all yours to enjoy everything that the resort has to offer. *Please remember that the ocean is NOT swimmable*

Le Blanc is home to four pools and two hot tubs, hosting daily live entertainment, just steps from the beachfront. All beach and pool chairs are first come first serve and included during your stay and come with top notch servers to deliver food and drinks throughout the day. The Cabanas located on the outside of the pool areas do come with an additional rental cost for the day. Towels, sunscreen, and aloe can all be found poolside in the resort's comfort stations. 

We highly recommend you to check out Le Blanc's amazing Aura Spa. Each guest is eligible for a complimentary hydrotherapy session during your stay! Reservations can be made directly at the Spa's front desk or through your Concierge Butler. Please note that spa treatments come with an additional fee and are not included in your stay. Please note that these services come with an additional fee and are not included in your stay however as part of the Flexcare group, you will get a 10% discount on Spa treatments.

Today is all yours to enjoy the resort or for those looking to explore around Cabo, below are some of our favorite activities within the area.

Golf:

Cabo Real is located just minutes from the resort. Showpiece of a 2,800-acre resort and residential project with 3.2 miles of beachfront Cabo Real's front nine, completely refashioned by Jones from a pre-existing layout, provides a scenic, gentle test with broad fairways tumbling down to the Sea of Cortes. With breathtaking holes chiseled into desert foothills at the foot of rugged mountain peaks, Cabo Real’s longer back nine presents a great test of golf. Free-form bunkers and small, elevated greens combine with fairways that play along ridge tops, to provide an expansive feel. 

Marina:

The Marina area is one of the premier centers of activity in Cabo San Lucas, and this charming waterfront neighborhood offers a rich collection of hotels, restaurants, and shops from which to enjoy all the scenic seaside views. Investigate the latest luxury yacht arrivals, observe one of the local fishing boats as the crew weighs out the day's biggest catch, or simply relax with a cocktail. Travel day leaving Cabo. Flexcare will be providing group transport to the airport.  Please check your Travefy individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time. 
 
Check out is 12pm. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Flexcare will be covering all room charges and anything included in the all inclusive package. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed. You will be provided a white check-out card and you MUST keep that to provide the bellman in order to leave the property. Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
 
 The direct flight returning to Sacramento departs at 5:00 PM today. For those on this flight or traveling later in the day, you will be able to use the resorts accommodations and restaurants after check out and until you depart for the airport.
