Reservations can be made directly at the Spa's front desk or through your Concierge Butler. Please note that spa treatments come with an additional fee and are not included in your stay. Enjoy a wide selection of soft drinks, beers, wines by the glass, and premium domestic and international brands at the restaurants and bars of the hotel. We highly recommend being very specific with your drink choice when ordering beverages at the resort. Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.

Things to Know:

  • Passport Required: For all attendees, a valid passport is required to enter Mexico. For those traveling from the US, please make sure your passport is valid through the end of the event date of March 8, 2026.
  • The hotel is located approximately 35 minutes from the SJD airport.  You will be provided transport upon arrival.
  • Weather: For early March, the average temp is 81° Fahrenheit
  • The official language in Mexico is Spanish so remember to be patient!
  • Please drink only bottled water or water filtered at the restaurants on property!
  • The Ocean in front of the resort is NOT SWIMMABLE, so please stay out of the water for your safety!
