All RSVP's must be received by Monday, January 19, 2026.
RSVP is official when you have completed the online registration.
We ask that you please do not book any flights on your own as Executive Group Travel will be handling all flight booking.
After you complete the registration, a representative from EGT will contact you withing 48-72 hours with flight options for you and your guest to review.
We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. The all-inclusive per night cost is $1,207.00 USD per room, per night. Please note that pre and post stays are subject to availability at the time of request and must be pre-paid at the time of booking.
The rates are All-Inclusive, per room, per night. Rates are in US dollars and shall be effective in consecutive days prior to and after the Group Official Dates.
Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights.
All attendees arriving and departing on group dates are provided prearranged group transportation by FlexCare to and from the airport via a trusted transportation partner AMSTAR.
If you plan to extend your trip and arrive prior to March 5th or depart after March 8th, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the transportation to or from the airport.
This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event! The average temperature in Cabo for March is 81° Fahrenheit.
For dinner at any of the restaurants on property the resort has an evening dress code. The resort asks that you please avoid the following:
- All T-Shirts
- Bathing Suits/Cover Ups
- Flip-flops
- Pool & Beach Footwear
- Sportswear & Sneakers
- Sunscreen
Below are the dress code requirements for each restaurant:
Lumiere, Bella, Yama: Gentlemen may wear slacks or jeans and/or dress shoes. Ladies are required to wear cocktail or formal dress, long pants, or skirt, blouse and/or dress shoes or dress sandals. Please be aware that distressed/ripped denim jeans, tailored shorts, sleeveless shirts, sneakers, and plastic sandals/flip flops are not permitted.
Habibi, Ocean, Blanc, K'akau: Casual Dress. Bare feet, beach attire, see-through clothing and wet clothes are not permitted. Gentlemen are required to wear shirts with sleeves.
At Le Blanc, we have negotiated internet free of charge. Please do not expense cell phone charges while traveling in Mexico.

We highly recommend making dinner reservations on the Le Blanc app prior to your arrival as restaurants get very busy during the peak times. Upon arrival, you can also visit the Concierge Desk located right behind the front desk and also will be assigned a 'Butler' who is there to help you with anything needed during your stay.

Tips are included as part of the all inclusive package but if you want to tip additional for exceptional service you can, this additional tip will be charged to your room.

Yes, all guests attending the trip need a valid passport that does not expire until AFTER your departure date from Mexico.
Please make sure your RSVP information matches your passport.
When you enter Los Cabos you will be asked to complete an Immigration form. You must KEEP this completed form and hand it in on your departing flight. Please do not misplace this document.
You will need a machine-readable passport (usually 2005 and newer).
There will be two options.
1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
