Travel day to Los Cabos.

*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Upon arrival in Cabo, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Flexcare sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is AMSTAR.

A $500 hold will be placed on your card at check in, the hold will be released at check out. We recommend putting a credit card rather than a debit card on file.

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
• Remember the beach is not swimmable in this area of Cabo due to currents.  Please stay out of the ocean for your safety.

This afternoon is all yours to relax and have some fun in the sun upon arrival.

6:00 - 7:00pm: Welcome Cocktail Hour - Please join us on the Rooftop Terrace for drinks and appetizers.

Dinner: At Leisure. Here is a link to the restaurant options on property that are included. We highly recommend making reservations by clicking 'Book a Table' on the restaurant website and securing your table! If you are looking for larger tables above the allotted amount on the online reservation system, please feel free to reach out to info@executivegrouptravel.com with those requests and who will be joining you at the table!

For those looking for an evening nightcap, the Rooftop Bar is open until 10:00 PM and the 360 Bar located in between Blanca Blue and Bocados Steakhouse is open until 1:00 AM.

For those looking to start your day with a work out, the 24 Hour Fitness Center is located on the 7th floor of the resort. The Hotel Wellness Schedule will be posted closer to the event (classes are subject to change)!

Today is all yours to enjoy everything that the resort has to offer. *Please remember that the ocean is NOT swimmable*

Garza Blanca Los Cabos has 8 outdoor heated swimming pools to choose from. Whether you feel like daydreaming and taking in the incredible views from the Rooftop infinity pool, sipping a cocktail in the swim-up bar, or waving to your friends as you pose underwater in the pool with a transparent edge, there’s plenty of fun to be had in the water.

Please note that these services come with an additional fee and are not included in your stay.

A reminder that you will get a check to sign every meal. Tips are included as part of the all inclusive package but if you want to tip additional for exceptional service you can, this additional tip will be charged to your room and you will be responsible to cover these charges. Any items on the menu with a small red chef symbol are not included in the all-inclusive package. Please check read the menu and check with your server prior to ordering!

Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
