Travel day to Cancun
*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. We have requested early check-in but it is not guaranteed.
Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Flexcare sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar. The hotel is located about an hour from the airport.
7:00pm - Dinner On Own! Touch base with your co-workers and make a reservation to grab some dinner!

All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed. You will be provided a white check-out card and you MUST keep that to provide the bellman in order to leave the property.
