Yes, you can bring a spouse, significant other, or close friend. Please note that ATELIER Playa Mujeres is Adults and guests over 16 years only.

Please ensure you register with guest information and that your guest has an active passport that won’t expire in less than 6 months after the trip dates.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVP's must be received by February 15th.   Registration will go out mid January.

 

RSVP is official when you have completed the online registration.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

Please stay tuned for flight details. They will be sent out 60 days before the flights.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I book my own airport transportation in Mexico?

All attendees are provided prearranged group transportation by FlexCare to and from the airport via a trusted transportation partner of the resort.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Will FlexCare cover my cell phone roaming fees?

At Atelier, we have negotiated internet free of charge.  Please do not expense cell phone charges while traveling in Mexico. 

Verizon has a Travel Pass option in which you can use your phone without roaming fees for $5 per day.  Please call your local provider to inquire about options if interested.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can you make reservations for the speciality restaurants?

No, all specialty restaurants are first come first serve.  We recommend stopping at a restaurant to put your name in and grab a pager and have a few drinks at the rooftop bar while you wait for your table.  Wait times can be long at peak times so don't wait until last minute!

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need to tip?

At Atelier ALL TIPS are included. 

FlexCare will be handling tips with the transfer companies also.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need a passport? or Visa?

Yes, all guests attending the trip need a valid passport that does not expire for at least 6 months AFTER the trip. 

Please make sure your RSVP information matches your passport. 

When you enter Cancun you will be asked to complete an Immigration form. You must KEEP this completed form and hand it in on your departing flight.  Please do not misplace this document. 

You will need a machine-readable passport (usually 2005 and newer).

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner from Executive Group Travel.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  Your personal itinerary on Travefy (event itinerary app) will be updated live so we highly recommend downloading the Travefy app for the best possible event experience.  You will receive an email 3 weeks before the event with instructions to download this app with your personal itinerary.
