Things to Know:
- Passport Required; For all attendees, we recommend a passport that does not expire for at least 6 months from the day you arrive in Mexico, however to enter Mexico and return home, your passport needs to be valid through your departure date!
- Upon entrance into Cancun you will be asked to complete immigration and customs declarations forms, please make sure you keep the bottom version of the immigration form that is returned to you, you are required to produce this at the airport to depart Cancun. If you do not have this at departure you will need to submit an application for exit forms (additional cost) and can be delayed at the Cancun airport.
- The hotel is located approximately 40 minutes from the Cancun airport. You will be provided transport upon arrival. The airport code is CUN.
- Weather: May air temperatures averaging 89'F (Days high 80's, evening mid 70's) and ocean temps 81'F.
- The official language in Mexico is Spanish so remember to be patient!
- Please drink only bottled water on property!

Atelier has enhanced their Safety Protocols to keep a safe and clean hotel for your stay.
Covid Testing Prior to Arrival - MANDATORY!
All attendees and their guests will be required to show proof of a negative Covid-19 test result 24 hours prior to your departure to Mexico for the club trip. This will help ensure the safety and health of all the attendees as well as reduce the risk of being asymptomatic and then testing positive in Cancun prior to returning home, causing you to have to quarantine at the hotel.
This test is MANDATORY for all attendees including guests! Please note that an at-home Covid test works perfect!
Please send the negative results to info@executivegrouptravel.com the day before you leave.
**A negative Covid-19 test result is NOT required to enter Mexico**
Prior to returning to the United States, all travelers must show proof of a negative Covid-19 test. The test must be completed within 24 hours of your departure time. Free onsite testing is offered at Atelier and your test will be scheduled at the concierge desk and are available daily between 9:00 - 4:00 PM. Rapid results will be received via email within a few hours.
