Yes, you can bring a spouse, significant other, or friend. Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed at Breathless as it is a 21 and older exclusive resort.

 

Please ensure you register with guest information and that your guest has an active passport that won’t expire in less than 6 months after the trip dates.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVP's must be received by January 18th.  

 

RSVP is official when you have given verbal acknowledgement to Travis (CEO) and, completed the online registration.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All flights for Sacramento based employees have been pre-booked for the trip for FEBRUARY 27 arrival, and MARCH 1, 2020 departure.  For those flying from alternate destinations please stay tuned for your flight details.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

This trip has been prebooked for our specific dates and is not eligible for extensions or early arrivals.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I book my own airport transportation in Cabo San Lucas?

All attendees are provided prearranged group transportation by FlexCare to and from the airport via a trusted transportation partner of the resort.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Will FlexCare cover my cell phone roaming fees?

At Breathless, we have negotiated internet free of charge.  Please do not expense cell phone charges while traveling in Mexico. 

Verizon has a Travel Pass option in which you can use your phone without roaming fees for $5 per day.  Please call your local provider to inquire about options if interested.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can you make reservations for the speciality restaurants?

No, all specialty restaurants are first come first serve.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need to tip?

At Breathless ALL TIPS are included. 

FlexCare will be handling tips with the transfer companies also.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need a passport? or Visa?

Yes, all guests attending the trip need a valid passport that does not expire for at least 6 months AFTER the trip. 

Please make sure your RSVP information matches your passport. 

When you enter Cabo you will be asked to complete an Immigration form. You must KEEP this completed form and hand it in on your departing flight.  Please do not misplace this document. 

You will need a machine-readable passport (usually 2005 and newer).

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner from Executive Group Travel.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  Your personal itinerary on Travefy (event itinerary app) will be updated live so we highly recommend downloading the Travefy app for the best possible event experience.  You will receive an email 3 weeks before the event with instructions to download this app with your personal itinerary.
